Refund & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to Request a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at apexessentials.au@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including a return address if applicable. Do not send items back without approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost Packages If your order is lost in transit, contact us and we will investigate and issue a full refund or replacement.

Non-Delivery If your order hasn't arrived within 45 days of your order date, you are eligible for a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalised products, personal care/hygiene items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If 15+ business days have passed since approval, contact us at apexessentials.au@gmail.com.

EU Customers You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason, without justification.
